The three steps to success: CONTACT, PROMOTE, EXPAND.
Fundraising:
- Contact: Contact local businesses for fundraising opportunities in terms of matching grants and donations. Keep organized contact through fundraising agents by creating a Google form with standard questions and feedback.
- Promote: Promote fundraising through a booth set up at each convention and conference. Send out consistent reminders on the MAS Facebook page to ensure that the word is being spread about the importance and benefits of fundraising,
- Expand: Expand the scholarship fund and each chapter's accessibility to conventions, especially expansion chapters that need the extra help and leverage.
Expansion:
- Contact: Contact chapter presidents and cabinet members to find interested students and schools. Use Google Forms with expansion agents to keep organized records of expansion chapters’ progress.
- Promote: Promote using pre-made posters and videos at each expansion school. Use an expansion booth at conferences and conventions at which people can submit the information of those who they think would be interested.
- Expand: Expand using the above means and increase the amount of expansion chapters. Grow expansion chapters until they are able to move on to CIA Agents.
Activism:
- Contact: Contact local and state officers to provide chapters with political activism initiatives. Ensure that each chapter is following up on participating in political and social activism projects.
- Promote: Promote activism through a booth at conventions and conferences. Provide chapter presidents with different means of activism available to them from all over the state.
- Expand: Create a bigger expansion base and increase the amount of required activism projects to three social and/or political initiatives by the end of the year.
State Assembly:
- Contact: Contact SARs through monthly or bimonthly webinars where each SAR is able to share their ideas and thoughts.
- Promote: Promote the involvement of each chapters SAR by explaining the importance of an SAR to each chapter president. Advocate for each chapters SAR to be someone not on chapter, regional, or state cabinet.
- Expand: Expand the State Assembly by increasing SAR involvement and ensuring that each SAR’s ideas are heard and considered.
Summer School Promotion:
- Contact: Contact chapter presidents through a webinar to ensure that they are aware of the benefits ad opportunities associated with summer school.
- Promote: Promote summer school through weekly posts of quotes, opportunities, or benefits associated with summer school on the MAS Facebook page. Set up a booth at conventions and conferences where one can find summer school information. Set up multiple awards for students and chapters involved in summer school attendance.
- Expand: Expand the amount of people attending summer school through the above means. Especially advocate for cabinet and expansion chapter attendance.
